Stacey Solomon and Mrs Hinch quit social media for 24 hours after anxiety battle as they admit ‘needing a break’
STACEY Solomon and Mrs Hinch have quit social media for 24 hours after admitting they "need a break" following anxiety struggles.
The best pals - who have more than six million Instagram followers between them - are known for their clever cleaning tips and household hacks.
But this morning they revealed they've "pinky promised" to stay offline all of today after they revealed struggles with anxiety.
Mrs Hinch - whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe - and Loose Women star Stacey both released the same message today, which read: "Good morning everyone. Sometimes it takes someone who love you to tell you that you NEED a day off to just switch off.
"So, we pinky promised each other last night that today we will not go on any social media for 24 hours.
"We are both excited but also a little nervous for some reason. But we're going to do it.
"So tag the one person you know needs a break away from the social media world right now and get your pinkies out.
"We love you guys and we'll be back tomorrow!"
Mrs Hinch has been complaining of suffering from anxiety this week.
Stacey also revealed she battles anxiety and organising her home helps deal with it.
Cleaning guru Mrs Hinch shot to fame as she shared cleaning hacks on Instagram as an Essex housewife.
She has grown close to Stacey over recent months - often going on date nights with Sophie's husband Jamie and Stacey's partner Joe Swash.

Fans have accused them of "copying" each other as Stacey began to use her Instagram page to show herself tidying the house.
They now both share inspirational messages before bed and have even started to look more similar.
The mums enjoyed a night out at Dancing on Ice at the weekend to watch Joe on the ice.
Viewers spotted they looked like twins as they wore similar outfits and black framed glasses.
