White House Farm viewers moan about ‘dragged out’ series as they claim six episodes ‘feels like a life sentence’
WHITE House Farm viewers tonight moaned about ITV "dragging out" the series - as they claim six episodes "feels like a life sentence".
The true story of Jeremy Bamber slaughtering his whole family has had fans gripped for four weeks.
But tonight's fifth episode pushed viewers over the edge as they complained about having to wait another week for the finale.
One said: "Hi @ITV..I just wanna congratulate you on turning a possible 1 hour drama into what seems to be a life sentence 👍🏻 #WhiteHouseFarm."
Another added: "This is really dragging and a bit boring! Surely it could have been condensed or edited to 4 episodes? #WhiteHouseFarm."
Someone else said: "White House Farm really is being dragged out now. Can it end like now please? #WhiteHouseFarm."
Another claimed: "This is so drawn out far too long."
Others said the fifth episode was unnecessary - but they were still looking forward to the finale.
One added: "Definitely think that was a bit of a filler episode BUT I’m excited for next week #WhiteHouseFarm."
Someone else said: "#WhiteHouseFarm I get so frustrated every week it’s left on a cliffhanger. I forgot what it was like to wait a week for the next episode of something! Bloody brilliant tv @ITV."
Episode five saw a key witness come forward with crucial information.
DSI Taff was still not convinced of Jeremy Bamber's guilt, but this week saw the police forced to question what they thought they knew previously, and pursue a case against Jeremy.
