STRANGER Things will return for its fourth season later this year.
The beloved Netflix show has officially kicked off production on its latest batch of episodes, but fans still have a while to wait.
However, Noah Schnapp, who plays Will Byers, delivered some good news as he appeared on Lorraine today.
He addressed rumours that the new series would be the last, albeit the longest, in the show's run.
The young actor claimed that if that were really the case, the cast would probably know as much.
"I don’t know if I can say, but I’m sure there’ll be another one after it," he cautiously began.

"I can’t imagine this is the last, I feel like we would know," he added.
Echoing the thoughts of viewers, he quipped: "I don’t want it to end, it’ll be so sad!"
Elsewhere in the chat, Noah reflected on the overwhelming popularity of the show, which shot its cast of child actors to superstardom.
"I definitely did not expect how much it would blow up - we all went on there having fun and no pressure and overnight it blew up," he continued.
Speaking of the show's universal appeal, he went on: "I think everyone relates to it in their own way, especially with the main characters being kids."
Noah also gushed over co-star Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven, calling her a friend for life.
"Millie is the closest in age to me so we naturally became so close right away, she’s the best," he said.
As for what will come next for when Stranger Things wraps, Noah said his dream role would be Spiderman, who is currently played in the Marvel Cinematic Universe by Tom Holland.
Noah is currently starring in World War II film Waiting for Anya, which will hit cinemas on February 21.
His appearance on Lorraine comes after fans noticed that David Harbour's name had been removed from the Stranger Things season 4 cast list.
This would suggest he died in the blast at the Russian facility after all and won't be making a comeback as the mysterious prisoner only referred to as "The American".
Seasons 1-3 of Stranger Things are available to stream on Netflix now.
