Chloe Ferry splits from Sam Gowland AGAIN and moves out of his house ‘for good’ after secret make or break holiday
CHLOE Ferry has split from Sam Gowland “for good”, according to pals.
The Geordie Shore star is making a "fresh start" for herself and today moved into her new home.
A source told The Sun Online: “Chloe’s finally cut ties with Sam and is moving on by herself. Today is Chloe’s official moving day and she’s so excited for the fresh start.
"It feels like the dawn of a new beginning for Chloe. No more Sam riding on her coat tails or trying to muscle in on what is hers.
“They tried that make or break holiday with their friends as a last ditch attempt to rekindle what they had but ultimately Chloe knows Sam is bad news.
“Today is the beginning of a new and exciting chapter and as far as Chloe is concerned, what she had with Sam is gone for good.”
Sharing videos of her big move today on Instagram, Chloe - who recently enjoyed a girls' holiday in Dubai - tearfully said she was “so happy” to finally be in her new home and that she was having a “great” Valentine’s Day, despite being single.
She said: “Tears of joy, I promise. I am literally so happy to finally be in my house.
“It’s been a crazy year but I am so happy, I am so in love with my home. It’s just a great Valentine’s Day for me.”
Chloe and Sam have had a rocky relationship over recent months.
Just weeks before Christmas, The Sun Online revealed the couple were living together again after Sam begged Chloe to take him back – despite Chloe denying this wasn’t the case.
Chloe and Sam were then spotted on a New Year trip to Thailand, though Chloe flew business while Sam was in economy.
Back in May, Chloe took to Instagram to tell fans she and Sam had called it a day after 17 months together.
She wrote: "It hurts me to say this but me and Sam have gone our separate ways. We are still friends."
Insiders later claimed the blonde grew tired of their constantly arguments over work and jobs.
A source revealed: “Sam got jealous that Chloe’s career was taking off and his wasn’t quite as hot.
"They’d constantly row about work. He wanted to make as much money as he could and retire in two years time, so was constantly looking for ways to monetise their relationship.
"Chloe just got sick of it and ended it."
