MARLON Dingle disowns his family after getting out of prison and discovering Charity and Ryan stole Graham’s money.
The chef is furious that the Dingles withheld information that could have led to his release earlier.
Emmerdale viewers know that Marlon has been living in fear behind bars after being charged with Graham Foster’s brutal murder - a crime committed by Rhona Goskirk’s ex Pierce Harris.
The police arrested a baffled Marlon after finding a blood-stained torch under his kitchen sink.
The chef appeared to have a clear motive for the murder after discovering that Rhona and Graham were planning on whisking his son Leo abroad without his permission, and villagers overheard Marlon raging at Graham prior to his murder.
In an upcoming episode, following his release from prison, Marlon can’t believe it when he discovers that it was Charity and Ryan who stole Kim’s money.
The Dingles all stand against Charity when it was revealed she sat on evidence which could have led to his release from prison.

In scenes yet to air, Marlon then receives a further blow when the Dingles reveal they knew that Kim may have hired someone to kill Graham.
We know that Kim thought Al had killed Graham on her instructions.
Marlon sulks over the Dingles' betrayal.
At the Woolpack, Marlon continues to rage and demands that Mandy move out.
In a shock move, he then declares that he is disowning all of the Dingles.
Will an angry Marlon come round, or has he severed the Dingle clan forever?
