Dog the Bounty Hunter rocked by $75,000 bill for late wife Beth’s credit card debt

DUANE “Dog” Chapman’s late wife Beth’s estate is being sued for nearly $75,000 in unpaid credit card bills.

The Sun can exclusively reveal Hawaiian Airlines World Elite MasterCard sued Beth’s estate for $73, 860.55 on January 27, 2020.

MasterCard filed a second claim for $1,078.78 for a different account on February 11, 2020, Hawaiian court papers reveal.

, 66, is the personal representative on the estate.

While he is not responsible for personally paying off the debt, he is responsible for handling claims against his wife’s estate.

The debt comes after Dog admitted in an interview with that he is “broke” and in danger of losing his Colorado home.

He is currently on the hunt for a fugitive from Hawaii with a bond of $1.5 million to help pay off the debt.

As The Sun exclusively reported, the Dog the Bounty Hunter star on the Colorado home he once shared with his late wife.

Dog also has a lien on the home in the amount of $5,809.44, which includes interest, the clerk for the Douglas County Treasurer's office confirmed.

Dog and Beth, who passed away from cancer in June 2019, purchased the 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that has been featured on the A&E series in 2009.

And Dog can't rely on his TV paycheck, as his spinoff show, Dog’s Most Wanted, was cancelled, .

In addition to the money issues, Dog has had difficulty in his personal life.

In December, Lyssa, Dog's daughter from a previous marriage, .

Moon was Beth’s friend and even maid of honor at their wedding.

Lyssa tweeted: “You’re a disgusting woman. Any person who moves in on a man weeks after losing his wife, who you were supposed to be a ‘friend’ to, is the lowest scum on the planet.”

When she turned down his proposal, he explained he popped the question to prove they are not romantically involved even though she moved into his Colorado home.

The Sun exclusively reported the when Moon moved out of his house.

But the insider said the family is “still very detached right now.”

The source continued: “They are relieved that Moon has gone - but the damage has already been done.

"Right now they aren't really speaking to each other - Dog's relationship with Moon has caused a lot of tension within the family.”
