Geordie Shore’s Faith Mullan forced to deny photoshopping bikini pic after fans spot ‘edits’
GEORDIE Shore's Faith Mullan denies photoshopping her bikini photo after fans spot "edits".
The devout Christian, 20, shared a photo in her bikini as she claims shows like Love Island need more body diversity.
She wore a bright red bikini with a large necklace, as she stood against a mock-up of the ITV2 dating show's stock background.
The Geordie captioned the pic: "Was inspired by @dianasirokai and was also gonna write a huge speech but she said it perfectly, not just @loveisland but all media outlets need more diversity ❤️ I want to find love too why do I have to be model material to get the chance to live in the sun for 6 weeks whilst finding a husband 😂 #loveisland #plussize"
While many fans offered their support for the photo, others suggested she may have edited them.
One person wrote: "Have you not fixed your body in this picture? Look at your waist/arm.. Like, really.. No? 🙄 I love you as a role model, you are my rolemodel. you are so beautiful, No need for filters or photoediting."
Another added: "Im all up for preaching the plus size woman in this world as i myself am one. I love what your saying about the media but hard to accept from you when you have edited and filtered your body. Bet you look just as good with out all that"
However, Faith defended herself - saying the background and the angle made her look different.
She replied: "no I haven’t 😊 maybe it’s the edited back ground that’s confusing people idk but I didn’t do anything to my body in this, maybe because i never really take body photos standing up so everyone’s just used to my body smushed together as I’m sat down?
"All that’s been edited is my face because I had hearts on my cheeks from Valentine’s Day and it didn’t make sense for this post "
Faith was a new addition to the Geordie Shore cast for the 18th season.
She did not return after the initial appearance, with a source telling The Sun Online: "Faith hasn’t been sacked from the show but she will only appear on it part time from now on.
"She made quite an impact last series and is well loved by fans thanks to her positive attitude but bosses are always keen to spice up the cast."
She explained in a YouTube video called "My truth... Geordie Shore" how she "lost herself" while on taking part in the MTV show.

She said: "I totally lost who I was in God. I was more focused on partying and drinking and started acting like a bit of a d***head if I'm honest."
The reality star added she believes "because I didn't stick to God's plan, he took Geordie away."
