“I was worried people would judge me going on the show after recently coming out of a relationship eight months earlier.

“Especially when I have two kids under two. But at the end of the day I just wanted to come on and have fun. It’s a great show and I thought why not?”

Amy will star alongside James Lock, Alison Hammond and Dean Gaffney on the E4 dating show.

She revealed how she previously let guys use her in past relationships and was “embarrassed” by her dating history.

“My dating history is shocking. My dad always jokes I should go to the job centre to find myself a man because the guys I usually date are unemployed,” she explained.

“In the past a lot of guys have wanted to sponge off me and I have always allowed that and more fool.

“It is sad because I’ve let guys use me in the past and be with me because of my name. It is embarrassing really.

“Polly’s dad is in prison. He has gone down that path and obviously you would never want that for your kids.
