The house boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and sits on 1.63 acres overlooking the ocean with swaying palms in the garden.
There is a plunge pool and separate hot tub along with a BBQ area, perfect for hosting sunshine-filled gatherings.
There is also a koi pond directly off the house, which is fitted with floor to ceiling glass windows, and a tennis court in which aerial pictures show is being used as a car park by the media mogul.
The house was built in 1988, has six bedrooms and at the time of Simon's purchase reportedly featured Beaumaniere and dark wood floors, Venetian plaster walls and high ceilings with large skylights.
Five fireplaces dot the home - with two of them located in the master bedroom for those chilly summer evenings.
The 60-year-old rarely gets time to hang out at the home though, as he is often traveling around the globe on holiday with his family or filming his various TV shows.
He is currently working on the upcoming series of Britain's Got Talent and
Simon showed off his tan from his annual Christmas break in Barbados as well as his weight loss in his trademark light blue jeans and grey T-shirt.
