Emmerdale’s Andrea Tate secretly records Kim’s murder confession – but fans are sure she’s being set up

EMMERDALE'S Andrea Tate will record Kim Tate's murder plan confession tonight - but fans fear she's being set up.

The wedding planner - who is played by actress Anna Nightingale in the ITV soap - is desperate to stop Kim from taking her daughter Millie away from her.

Last week a new client encouraged her to secretly record Kim confessing to her plot to have husband Graham murdered after he stole from her.

And tonight Andrea will do exactly that. In a first look clip of the showdown, Andrea lures Kim to her office where she's set up cameras.

Inviting Kim in she says: "Please take a seat, I want to make a deal. Seeing as you were so kind to donate £10,000 to my legal fees I thought you might be feeling generous again.

"I will keep your vile murder plot out of the custody battle for £20,000. If Jamie loses Millie because of the things that you've done, he'll never forgive you. He'll also end up with nothing and he deserves better than that."

But Kim doesn't give in straight away and tells her: "The police have already investigated - they don't believe a word of it. And you can't prove anything."

Andrea steps up the pressure adding: "There's a big difference between not believing it and there being no evidence.

"My statement would open an investigation, and at the end of the day the mere suspicion of murder would throw Jamie's custody battle into serious trouble."

Taking the bait Kim tells her: "Well aren't you brave, maybe I didn't make myself clear enough the other day. I'm almost impressed, you've taken a well-earned break from the moral high ground to try your hands at extortion, turns out you're no better than me."

Andrea replies: "Oh I am. I've never paid to have the love of my life murdered in cold blood."

But Kim appears to be one step ahead and told her: "Graham's blood isn't on my hands. I have a question, do you think I was born yesterday?"

With fans convinced Nick, who is helping Andrea, is secretly working for Kim to turn the tables on Andrea, could Kim be turning the tables on Andrea?
