The band announced on Wednesday that they are delaying their tour until October.
Ashley shared a post saying the band - who reformed last year after a decade-long hiatus - are "gutted" not to perform.
She wrote: "Alright Doll lovers. Following the latest government advice we are very sad to announce that we are postponing our upcoming UK and Ireland tour.
"We're gutted not to be able to perform next month, but the safety and health of our fans is of course our No.1 priority."
She went on: "We look forward to seeing you all at the rescheduled dates in October. In the meantime please stay safe and look after yourselves.
"Love Pussycat Dolls 🖤 #pcdreunion."
It comes after frontwoman Nicole joked that she was trying to master "social distancing".
The 41-year-old donned an incredible PVC catsuit as she washed her hands in one clip, before posing with her hands framing her face.
She captioned the snaps: "Practicing #socialdistancing and trying not to touch my face."
In the UK, coronavirus has killed 72 people while a total of 1,950 have been struck down with the illness.
As the crisis intensifies, it's been announced that all schools will be closed from Friday.
Settings will be “safe for the small number of otherwise vulnerable children to continue their mainstream education”.
Elsewhere, it's been claimed that London could enter a coronavirus lockdown - with extra travel restrictions for Brits in the capital.
Sources close to City Hall say the Government is preparing fresh legislation to give them the power to stop gatherings, and keep Londoners inside.
It could include measures to stop Londoners leaving their homes except to go to the supermarket or pharmacy, The Sun has been told.
