Phil shared a video of himself stood in his impressive kitchen, making a gin and tonic with a massive bottle of liquor.

As he poured, he had the words "I mean...f*** it" written across the bottom.

After mixing his drink, he held it to his lips before immediately putting it back down and picking up the bottle instead and taking a swig.

Phil was dressed casually for the boozy session in a white T-shirt and dark comfy trousers.

The couple's two daughters Ruby and Molly shared pictures of their mum enjoying homemade cupcakes and glasses of mimosas as her loved ones decorated the home with gold balloons.

"Happy birthday to the best mummy ever," shared Molly while Ruby added: "Happy birthday mumma."

Their birthday was a nice distraction from the ongoing pandemic that has seen the Schofield family forced to self-isolate as the country deals with the coronavirus.
