KATIE Price and Joey Essex are the big names leading the new line-up of Channel 4's Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Win.

Katie reportedly the series that shows twelve new celebrities will take on the toughest test of their lives to see who can pass SAS selection, only two days into filming.

Earning a whopping £120,000 for the gig the reality star, 41, is said to have been pinning her hopes of a comeback on the gruelling show but changed her mind after experiencing the tough conditions.

The endurance show, presented by Ant Middleton, Olly Ollerton, Mark Billingham, Jason Fox and newcomer Jay, sees a bunch of famous faces facing military challenges and is not for the faint-hearted.

Last series saw Andrea McLean having to quit due to hyperthermia, while Wayne Bridge went on to win the show.

Joining Katie and Joey are TV presenters, Anthea Turner and Helen Skelton;  former Premiership Footballer, John Fashanu; Hollyoaks actress, Nikki Sanderson; Youtuber, Jack Maynard; Rudimental DJ, Locksmith; Radio 1Xtra DJ, Yasmin Evans and former boxing champion, Tony Bellew.

The Sun Online exclusively revealed ballroom dancer, Brendan Cole and paralympic athlete, Lauren Steadman were also joining the star-studded line-up.

The celebrities will face a gruelling course in the challenging terrain of Scotland’s rugged West Coast..

The instructors have said they don't care how famous the recruits are, as soon as they enter the selection process, their celebrity status will be stripped away.

Ant said: “If these celebrities turn up with an ego, they won’t last 24 hours."

"There are no short cuts, there are no easy options.  They think they know what’s coming but trust me, they are going to get the absolute shock of their lives.”

This series returns to Scotland - the homeland of the SAS - and the celebrities will live together in a derelict farmstead on the remote island of Raasay.

Leaving behind their glamorous lives, they will be exposed to Scotland’s unforgiving weather, harsh landscape and volatile seas.

Channel 4 said the new series will air soon and will see the stars face a series of terrifying and brutal challenges where they’ll be forced to confront surprising truths about themselves.
