REAL Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams revealed to her fellow housewives she suffered a miscarriage "at home alone."
also opened up about her experience with pregnancy and told producers she "almost died" giving birth to her daughter, Brooklyn, after developing preeclampsia.
In a preview for this week's upcoming , Porsha was able to get the back together again for an event - which deemed almost impossible after their - and talked about a difficult subject.
Standing by the lunch table, opened up about her life-changing experience with fertility.
She told those present: "I would like today to be a conversation and to be the example for you to follow and speaking out about women's issues surrounding pregnancy.
"Six years ago, I suffered from a miscarriage at home alone, it was something I haven't spoken about to this extent.
"The point is that if I were to have talked about it to other women, been more open, I would have realized that it is ok.
"It's about realizing that and having another woman say 'I've been through this, I survived.'
"And I am willing to use my story to help other women."
Porsha's miscarriage happened when she was married to her first husband, Kordell Stewart.
The 38-year-old, fortunately, was able to get pregnant again and had Pilar Jhena with now fiance, Dennis McKinley.
P.J. - who went to Greece with the housewives - was born on March 22, 2019.
Porsha opening up about her experience with fertility issues gave two other the push they needed to talk about their own struggles.
, Porsha's friend, revealed she had difficulties getting pregnant.
She told the women around her: "I found my forever mate later in life and I got the news that I didn't really have a lot of egg reserves, so that's why it's so hard.
"I've recently started talking about it and I find that there's a lot of strength in being able to say that to other women."
Fans know Tanya talked to Kenya, , and best friend Porsha about freezing her eggs and going through approximately 80 rounds of IVF in order to have a child with her fiance, Dr. Paul Judge.
Lastly, Kenya talked to producers about her own difficult pregnancy with daughter, Brooklyn.
She said during a confessional interview: "Being a woman doesn't mean that you're guaranteed to have children.
"I nearly died having Brooklyn and you should never shame a woman for not being able to have children and those are things you can't change."
Although Kenya was able to successfully give birth to her daughter, Brooklyn, on November 4, 2018, it didn't come without its difficulties.

Kenya - who was 47 at the time - developed preeclampsia during her pregnancy, which caused her to gain over 17 pounds in just one week.
This sudden surge in weight and high blood pressure had doctors come to the conclusion that she needed to give birth prematurely.
She even talked about how her C-section, which normally only takes 30 minutes to perform, took over three hours because doctors didn't want to cut into a fibroid and cause her to bleed out.
She even had to be placed under anesthesia after her epidural had run out.
