posted a picture with her father and daughters posting: "At this trying time I’m graciously asking for any extra prayers, good vibes, love....please send my fathers way.

"My father is struggling and my girls and I need him, we need his love, his presence & his strength."

Teresa's ex wrote from Italy: "I love you all god help my father in law and family [love] prayers."

Last week, Teresa's sister-in-law asked for prayers fro her children's grandfather, who goes by Nonno.

"What I really want from all of you is a couple extra prayers for this guy. He’s the best soul."

Melissa said on a : "He goes in and out of the hospital all the time, a couple times a year, with pneumonia, and it's sad and it's scary every single time.

"But he always comes out of it. And he has his machines and his stuff; his lungs are not the best.

"He fights off sickness a lot."

In a 2018 interview with , Teresa and her daughters always have to be very careful around her dad.

She said: "That's the thing, none of us can be sick around him because he catches it right away. We're constantly always washing our hands."

"Like when you have a baby and you make sure everything's clean, that's how you have to be with him because he gets sick easily."
