REAL Housewives of Beverly Hills' Erika Jayne claims Denise Richards sent cease and desist letters to show producers to stop Brandi Glanville's affair talk.
The trailer showed confronting about the letters pertaining to the hook up rumors, which she has denied.
told : “Let me say this -- I'm gonna go on the record -- sending a cease and desist to [the network and your co-stars], that's like trying to break the house in Vegas.
“The house always wins. Don't be stupid. Save your money."
The cease and desist letters follow claims she and Denise had been having for several months last year.
Brandi, 47, and Denise, 49, were from early 2019 through the middle of the year.

Although she never directly addresses the affair rumors, she has been pushing the allegations.
Before the were released, Brandi joked about an idea for one for Denise.
In a now-deleted , Brandi wrote: "For anyone wanting ‘tagline’ help this could work, ‘I might be married to a man but I am still allowed to eat p***y.'"

Another scene shows Brandi dishing to and likely about their rumored tryst saying: "She's not who she pretends to be."
Later in the promo Denise said of the accusations: "I don't deserve this.
"That is a huge f**king thing to say."
However Erika argues: "But, there are always two sides to every story, and both women will have the chance to tell their complete story."
Denise had saying in an interview with ET: "I think it's kinda disgusting that they talked about it.
But they chose to and I've had worse things said and I can rise above it."

Still Erika said the season "...could be the one season where it can really impact someone's personal life."
"I do think that you're gonna be surprised with the Denise-Brandi thing, 'cause it does kind of come out of nowhere.
She went on: "I think that people criticize us sometimes for not moving fast enough. You know, Beverly Hills is a slow burn, but I just... I worry. I don't know if Denise… I don't know…"
