PIERS Morgan has said his croaky throat is from “shouting at people” after Susanna Reid asked if he was ok on Good Morning Britain.
The presenter – who was forced to deny he was sick with coronavirus earlier this month – stopped to cough and clear his throat multiple times as he shared his opinion on Victoria Beckham furloughing staff.

Noticing his struggle, Susanna, 49, asked: "Are you alright this morning, by the way?"
Piers, 55, replied: "I lost my voice last night shouting", before adding, "A lot of people annoy me, the Beckhams in particular".
Piers worried GMB viewers in April when he spent the first 10 minutes of the show coughing.
The star had asked viewers to rally behind sick Prime Minister Boris Johnson – but worried them when he persistently coughed live on air.
One viewer wrote on Twitter: “Morning guys. Is @piersmorgan okay? His eyes are red and he seems to have a cough of some kind.#StaySafe.”
And one more said: “I think Piers has got Corvid19 he has coughed about 10 times so far”.
During the advert break Piers addressed their concerns and denied that he had fallen ill.
A fan tweeted him: “Are you feeling well, you’ve been coughing a bit this morning! Stay safe and keep yourself protected. Love GMB.”

Piers responded: “All good thanks Elizabeth, just clearing my throat after a fairly sleepless night.”
Susanna, 49, had to explain her own “rogue cough” a few days later.
As Susanna introduced some guests to viewers her words got stuck in her throat and she coughed and spluttered, before apologising.
Considering fans’ concerns over the COVID-19 symptom, the presenter cleared her voice and laughed off the symptom as she said: “Sorry, I feel like I have to explain my rogue cough.”
