Topless James Argent shows off dramatic weight loss on FaceTime with Ferne McCann’s daughter

JAMES 'Arg' Argent showed off his dramatic weight loss as he popped up topless in a FaceTime video with Ferne McCann's daughter.

The 32-year-old former Towie favourite posted a picture of him taking to smiling two-year-old Sunday, who he is close to.

He said: "You are the sunshine of my life ☀️ I love & miss you Sunday, Can’t wait to watch you on the tele tonight ❤️."

Fans cooed over the adorable picture - but many remarked on his incredible weight loss too.

One wrote: "Your looking amazing well done on your weight loss James 😘❤️."

Another said: "Omg you’ve lost loads of weight well done xx."

Arg has dazzled fans with the extent of his weight loss, being snapped looking very slim while out jogging in Essex.

The former Towie star also posed before-and-after pictures, which were flooded positive messages of encouragement and congratulations from fans and friends.

James returned to the UK last month after spending months in a rehab in Thailand and was seen reuniting with girlfriend Gemma Collins for the first time in months.

Speaking about his health in 2019 he told The Sun: "In regards to my body - I need to work on that. I need to get back in the gym and boxing again.

"I'm desperate to get back on track. I need to work on my fitness, that is my number one New Year's Resolution - but I find it so difficult.

"I struggle to get into a routine and structure with my job - I'm here, there and everywhere."
