RHOBH Star Erika Jayne’s husband Thomas sued for more than $53K over unpaid security bill
REAL Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne’s husband has been sued for more than $53,000 over an unpaid security bill.
In court papers obtained by The Sun, GSI Group, Inc, which is a private patrol operator, claimed Thomas Girardi breached their contract by failing to pay $53,859 for security services between September 2019 and January 2020.
The documents read: “[Thomas], without cause, stopped paying plaintiff’s bill, and, on January 31, 2020, upon defendant's breach of the agreement, plaintiff ceased providing armed guard service.
“Defendant did not offer an explanation for ceasing to pay.”
In September 2010, Thomas hired the company to provide “armed guard service” at this California residence for $39 per hour from 7pm to 6am seven days a week.
In January 2012, Thomas requested a “change in schedule, hoping to reduce the cost” by moving the starting time to 8pm.
Thomas has a court hearing in the case later this year.

The star's husband has been sued multiple times in recent years regarding unpaid loans.
, 48, Thomas, 80, and his law firm were sued in 2019 for failing to pay back $3 million of a $5 million loan taken out in 2016.
In February, it was ordered the case would be heard in a private arbitration.
Also in 2019, the attorney was hit with a lawsuit for allegedly taking out $15 million in loans and not making payments on the amount.
He reached a settlement to pay $16 million.
