BEN Foden and wife Jackie Belanoff Smith have welcomed their first baby together, an adorable daughter called Farrah.
She posted a string of pictures, writing: "Farrah Abra Foden, 5/20/2020, 6lbs 12oz, 19.5 inches of pure adorable alien old man cuteness. We love you so much little one."
Jackie explained the tot was born three weeks early following health complications, revealing she was induced early.
She wrote: "So with an original due date of June 12, a few weeks ago I developed cholestatis, which is an elevation in liver enzymes or something.
"I was getting super itchy and blood work showed concerning levels, and it was decided I needed to induce at 37 weeks which is technically considered term."
"After 24 hours of labor, I wasn't dilating, and she needed to be sectioned, so mom and Mark (my stepdad) scrubbed up and had her out in 30 mins.
"(Ben cut the cord which turned out to be super short, which is probably why she wasn't coming down naturally and helping me dilate)."
Try Star singer Ben took to Instagram on Wednesday and joked about live-streaming the birth of their first child as the couple went to the hospital.
The rugby star, 34, shared video updates in the middle of the night of his American wife - who he married after just two weeks of dating - in hospital as he told her to "push, push".
Jackie Belanoff Smith was in the early throes of labour when Ben shared his first video from their hospital room in New York and played Young Joc's 2006 rap hit It's Goin' Down.
And he looked terrified dressed in a face mask and denim jacket before he joked about live-streaming the birth.
He wrote over his clip: "What do people think to a Instagram live stream birth during the pandemic."
An hour later Ben shared another video of Jackie screaming in pain and wrote: "Anyone guess this first process because that ain't where the baby comes from.
And zooming in on his wife, he added: "Mmm she's not a fan".
Jackie threw him an annoyed look, gripping the bars of her hospital bed while her mother stood nearby.
Ben then showed off his wife's IV drip as unimpressed Jackie called him a "f**king a**hole".
Just last week Jackie told fans Ben was "husband of the year for helping me with a very painful ingrowing hair".
She added: "Who needs salons to reopen when I've got a professional like this."
Jackie placed a crown over Ben's head as she filmed him removing the hair, with The X Factor Celebrity star protesting: "Don't look at me! Come and look at this hairy f***y."
He added: "I can't see!"
A year after he divorced ex-wife Una Healy, Ben tied the knot with US socialiate Jackie after just two weeks of dating.
He has two children with his ex, daughter Aoife, seven, and son Tadhg, five, and is said to be delighted to be welcoming a third child with Jackie.
A source told MailOnline: "Ben and Jackie are over the moon.

"They're so excited to become parents together and are looking forward to starting their new lives as a family.
"The plan is to move from America back to the UK and raise the baby here – there's lots to organise but they can't wait for their new arrival."
Speaking about his marriage with Una, 38, Ben added: "Una and Jackie are two very different people.
"When I was married to Una I was very much in love with her. She's a super-talented, brilliant woman and when I met Jackie, she came to me at a time when my life was a bit all over the place.
"She was very different, something that I needed and I love everything about her. Obviously a rushed decision, but an easy decision... I'm an old romantic at heart."
