It comes as it was revealed tonight how Kate will open up about her husband's coronavirus battle in an emotional interview on Good Morning Britain tomorrow.
The 53-year-old star is one of the breakfast show's co-hosts, but she has not been on air since Derek was rushed to hospital in March.
He has been fighting for his life in intensive care for almost 10 weeks after falling into a coma and becoming unresponsive.
Kate has been updating fans following the weekly Clap For Carers movement on Thursday nights, but tomorrow she will bravely open up about her husband's progress live on Good Morning Britain.
She will appear via video link from her home, with close friends Ben Shephard and Susanna Reid supporting their co-star from the studio.
Last week, Kate was seen breaking down in tears as she and her children stood outside their front house to applaud the NHS in the final Clap For Carers.
Kate was seen wiping tears from her eyes and being comforted by her children, 14-year-old Darcey and 10-year-old Billy - and she went on to admit that she is "trying to find new ways to stay strong".
Kate told followers that the nationwide movement has "been a source of weekly comfort", and that she cried at the thought of it being the last time.
Sharing a video of her two children banging on drums at 8pm, she wrote: "Hear this might be the last clap for carers so Billy thought we should get the drums out to go out in style!
"Its been such a source of weekly comfort for them & me & I must admit I felt the tears come tonight to think it’s coming to an end while our fear for Derek goes on.

"But even if we don’t clap next Thursday it won’t diminish my eternal thanks to all in the #NHS. They are keeping Derek alive & every one of them is fighting as hard as Derek is to give us the chance to be reunited."
Derek, who married Kate in 2005, was taken to hospital on 30 March, where he tested positive for coronavirus - which has so far claimed the lives of over 39,000 people across the UK.
Kate and her family have been supported by their famous friends as well as fans at this difficult time, with Piers Morgan admitting last week that it "breaks his heart" to see her struggling.
She has also been praised for remaining hopeful, with Lorraine Kelly adding last week: "She calls him every night but she's not sure he can hear her. The staff put the phone to his ear.
"I'm sure on some level he does, Kate."
