DOG the Bounty Hunter and fiance Francie Frane opened up about the emotional way they met in a live social media interview.

The revealed they were both “bawling and crying” on their first phone conversation together, in which they shared stories about their late spouses.

Reality star , whose real name is Duane Chapman, in June 2019, while Francie also lost her husband, Bob Frane, to cancer recently

Because of random mutual connections, the two ended up on the phone together last year, neither knowing who the other one was, with Dog originally calling about Bob’s excavating business.

After the 51-year-old revealed the sad news about his death, Dog also opened up about his wife’s passing, and the two could not stop “bawling."

During the interview, Dog got choked up again think about it, saying: “I’m still crying right now.”

revealed even more about the the full story of how the two met and the emotional phone conversation they had in an exclusive in interview with The Sun last month.

While sharing that they’d and are excited to have the "biggest wedding there's ever been” once guidelines on gatherings are lifted amid the pandemic, they also shared their love story.

Fiance Francie revealed she had until a few months ago, and when she saw him for the first time, she said she thought he "needed a haircut.”

Of how their love story began, the 51-year-old shared: "In June of last year, I was six months into my grieving and my really close girlfriend and I went to Arizona together with her mom.

"We were in the hotel room and my girlfriend was listening to some worship music on YouTube and she said to me, 'Oh my gosh, Beth Chapman passed away two days ago. I had no idea. She had throat cancer.’

"And I said, 'Oh my gosh, that's so sucky. I hate cancer'. We had that conversation for a minute and then I said to her, 'Who's Beth Chapman?’

"And she goes, 'Dog The Bounty Hunter's wife, you don't know who that is?' And I was like, 'No, I don't know who Dog The Bounty Hunter is.'

Francie recalled her friend saying that somehow, someway she was going to “get together” with Dog.

A couple of months later, the widow was listening to a few voicemails when she heard one from someone looking for her late husband.

She decided to call him back, to give him the bad news, and it turned out to be none other than Dog the Bounty Hunter on the other end of the line.

His neighbor was apparently a good client of Francie’s late husband Bob’s, which is how Dog heard about Bob’s excavating business.

After she told the reality star about her husband’s passing and the cause of death, they had  long, emotional chat about their late exes.

Francie shared: "So he starts balling and then I start crying.

“…And he said, ‘I lost my wife to cancer a few months ago also.’ And so we ended up having this like hour and a half conversation about what we've been through.”

The two, who recently , decided to talk more over coffee, striking up a friendship over similar experiences of love and loss.

Eventually, that turned into a romance of their own, and now the two are planning “one hell of a party” for their wedding.
