SUSANNA Reid was forced to apologise to Good Morning Britain viewers today when rapper Dizzee Rascal said "p*** off" after a row with Piers Morgan.

The 49-year-old laughed as she said sorry for the slip up during a fiery exchange with Dizzee who refused to discuss Black Lives Matter because "it's too early".

The rapper, 35, told Piers he wouldn't engage in a debate after being quizzed on the "White Lives Matter" banner, which was flown over the Etihad Football Stadium last night.

"What makes you think you know?," asked Dizzee.

"Am I the black spokesperson? I have a bunch of views, but it's early if I'm honest."

He added: "I hope this isn't a missed opportunity to speak up about all the badness that has been happening, but it's really sunny today and I really can't be bothered to go onto all of this this morning."

He then joked that he'd worked on his afro this morning and "maybe that's why" he was asked about Black Lives Matter.

Piers scoffed: "Come on Dizzee, that's not why I'm asking you the question. You're a high-profile black man in this country and it's a huge issue."

Pointing his finger at the screen Dizzee insisted: "I know you talk over people and don't let them speak but you're not going to do that to me.

"Let's keep it calm. I've got a bunch of views but right now is not the time."

Piers said he respected that as Dizzee told how he wanted to focus on promoting his drive-in gigs across the country.

Dizzee said: "You can't force me."

Piers screeched: "I've got no intention of forcing you. You have reacted very aggressively to a very polite question."

Dizzee joked: "This is what happens, I become the aggressive black man. Leave me alone."

Piers said "let's not fall out" before Dizzee slipped up when he accidentally said: "I'm just going to p*** off both sides."

Susanna intervened and said: "When you mentioned it was early in the morning, that is one of the things we can't say. I would just say apologise for that particular word."

Dizzee then made the hosts howl with laughter as he asked: "Wait, which one?"

After moving on from their awkward exchange, Piers ended the interview by saying: "Do you know what, this has oddly been one of my favourite interviews in quite a long time. Come back any time, I enjoyed that."
