AMANDA Holden showed off her toned arms today in an effortlessly chic white floral dress.

The presenter appeared to be going braless in the halterneck number as she was seen leaving her radio show in London.

Looking radiant, Amanda seemed carefree as she left Global studios in the stylish look, which she teamed with a pair of tan-coloured sandals.

The Britain's Got Talent judge complemented the garment with a pair of tortoise-shell shades and worked her blonde hair into a sleek style.

Amanda, who has been busy entertaining fans on social media during lockdown, rounded off the look with a white leather handbag over her shoulder.

She recently laughed at getting attention after admitting she gets her "tired old breasts" out on purpose.

The 49-year-old often goes braless in dresses that hug her in all the right places.

Earlier this year, Amanda finally admitted to The Sun that she flashes her boobs on purpose as a stunt for Britain's Got Talent.

She said: “Even though I am really open and very much myself most of the time, it’s a fake circumstance when you’re sitting on a panel and judging.

“I’m very aware of myself and what I should say next. Sometimes I pretend I’m not and I’m outrageous, and I’m like, ‘Oh I had no idea I was going to say that’, or my boob pops out, ‘I had no idea that was going to happen!’

“You have circumstances where you know what you’re doing and the situation is always ongoing, so you are always aware.”

She told You magazine: "I love it that people are still talking about my tired old breasts and I'm nearly 50!
