Prince ‘locked women in secret sex dungeons and called himself the Messiah’, says ex
An ex girlfriend of the singer first made the claims back in 2003 in court papers over a property dispute
AN ex-girlfriend of Prince has sensationally claimed he had a secret sex dungeon and used to make women refer to him as the Messiah.
Charlene Friend first made the remarkable claims back in 2003 in court papers regarding a property dispute – Prince vehemently denied them at the time.
They have since reemerged following the singer’s sudden death last Thursday at the age on 57 – leaving his grieving fans shocked.
His ex Charlene claims she was 18 when she started dating Prince back in 1989 after they met in a bar.
In a series of allegations she says the Purple Rain singer took her virginity and then showed her a series of “themed sex rooms” where there were “cages, chains and whips”.
"Prince would have bizarre sex parties where he would have theme rooms. Prince had cages, chains, whips in these various rooms”, she claimed in the court papers.
She went on to say that Prince demanded that she “be on call” and call him the “Messiah”.
In a statement about their two year relationship she said: “Prince informed me he took sexual relations very seriously. He believed he was the Messiah and if you engaged in sex with him, you became one with him.
“He would have me dress in his clothing at his whim. His staffs were not allowed to look at me and I was not allowed to look at them.”
Meanwhile it has been reported that Prince stayed awake for six days before his death last week at his Paisley Park estate in Minnesota.
His brother-in-law, Maurice Phillips, who is married to Prince's sister Tyka Nelson said: "I was with him just last weekend.
"He worked 154 hours straight. He was a good brother-in-law.”
However, detectives have been told Prince was hooked on sleep-inducing painkillers.
A report claimed Prince overdosed on the painkiller Percocet that he was taking for a chronic hip problem six days before his death.
But it is now claimed that taking the prescription drug could actually keep users awake in extreme cases if it is mixed with other medication.
Police are still investigating his death but do not believe he committed suicide.
A private funeral service is due to be held for the late star in Chanhassan, which is home to Paisley Park, in early May.
