AMANDA Holden risked flashing viewers more than they bargained for when she appeared knickerless on Up Late With Rylan last night.

The 45-year-old tried to reassure host Rylan Clark that she wouldn’t be recreating Sharon Stone’s iconic Basic Instinct scene as she rearranged the fringing on her frock as she took her seat.

Breaking the news about what they were in for, amused Rylan told the audience: "Well, just to let the viewers know, Mandy hasn’t got any underwear tonight.

"So hopefully we don’t get any previews of that."

As the stunning BGT judge continued to fiddle with the dress, Rylan said: “I’m looking directly at it. We’ve got to stop talking about it."

Reaching for a cushion to put on her lap for extra protection, the blonde beauty joked: “I won’t do a Sharon Stone - I’m going to stay like this.”

It wasn’t all about her underwear though as she also confirmed the Britain’s Got Talent line-up for 2017.

When quizzed by chat show host Rylan, 27, about whether or not she would be returning to the ITV talent search, Amanda was typically forthcoming.

Looking pretty delighted, she said: “He [Simon Cowell] did put on his Twitter that he loves me and Alesha [Dixon] so much that he would like us back next year. We’ll be back!”

Amanda has been part of the show – which has launched the careers of many from dog trick act Ashleigh and Pudsey to Scottish warbler Susan Boyle – for an impressive ten years this year.

Reflecting on this milestone year, Amanda told Rylan: “It was literally that [first] series after a couple days Paul Potts came on stage.

“Ten years ago you wouldn’t think they’re making a movie about him.”

Amanda is currently backing 12-year-old singing sensation Beau Dermott to win the talent show, after pressing her golden buzzer after her rendition of Defying Gravity from west end musical Wicked.

Her comments come after Simon said that all the judges, including David Walliams, would be welcome back next year – despite the fact the current series is still ongoing.

The 56-year-old music mogul told Closer magazine: "I hate to admit it, but David is very welcome back next year. The whole panel is! We all like being on the show, and that's what's most important. They are about as good as we're ever going to get.

"We actually even considered transferring them all on to X Factor at one point, but their egos, if I ever suggested it, would be unbearable!"
