What will be released on Disney+ UK in July 2020?
July 3
Hamilton
The movie version of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s cult-favourite musical, Hamilton is coming to Disney+ in July.
The 11-time Tony Award, Grammy Award, Olivier Award, and Pulitzer Prize-winning stage musical, tells the story of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton.
Directed by Thomas Kail, the movie was originally meant to go to cinemas this summer rather than but its release was changed because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Frozen 2
Frozen 2 dropped on on Friday, 3 July, 2020.
Released in late 2019, Frozen 2 became one of the highest grossing films of all time, earning more than $1billion at the box office.
Three years after the events of the first Frozen film, Elsa starts to hear a strange sound from the north calling her.
Together with her sister Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, they embark on a new journey.
They go beyond their homeland of Arendelle in order to discover the origin of Elsa's magical powers and save their kingdom.
July 24
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales
In the fifth installment of the the hit pirate movie franchise, Captain Jack Sparrow is on the hunt for the Trident of Poseidon while being chased by an ghostly sea captain and his crew.
The swashbuckling movie stars fan favourites Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow and Orlando Bloom as Will Turner.
July 31
Incredibles 2
Pixar's favourite superhero family is back for a second adventure in Incredibles 2.
The Incredibles and Frozone must defeat Screenslaver, while Mr Incredible navigates the tribulations of being a stay-at-home dad.
The sequel features the familiar voices of Holly Hunter, Craig T Nelson and Samuel L Jackson.
