RHOBH’s Kyle Richards breaks down in tears as sister Kim gets ‘deflated’ breast implants removed in scary surgery
RHOBH’s Kylie Richards broke down due to being “terrified” of sister Kim going under the knife to remove her breast implants.
The 51-year-old star tearfully said being in a hospital is difficult for her after their mom, Kathleen, passed away from breast cancer in 2002.

After a month-long hiatus, came back with the return of former cast mate, Kim.
The 55-year-old child actress went into plastic surgeon Dr. Handel's office with her younger sister to get her breast implants removed.
Kim said she "first had a breast augmentation about 30 years ago" and added she "had a couple of subsequent revisions" since.
She then told the doctor one of her breasts had “deflated.”
Dr. Handel agreed and said "It's like a tire on your car. It just goes flat.”

The surgeon then said he planned to “remove both implants” which would “uplift on both sides to make her look as normal and symmetrical as possible.”
"Because you had a previous lumpectomy to remove a benign tumor, now she's left with deformity because of that," he told .
Kim added that the appearance of her breast "looks like somebody took a big bite out of it.”
The Halloween actress emotionally recalled Kim’s "benign tumor 10 years ago and had to have the lumpectomy.”

"It was very scary, obviously, because we lost our mom to breast cancer.
"I can't even talk about it, it gives me so much anxiety,” Kyle said.
Days later, Kim returned to the hospital and underwent a double breast implant removal.
As she is going under the knife, Kyle is seen looking anxious in the waiting room.
In a confessional interview, the mom of four breaks down recounting Kim’s surgery.

“I don't like anything to do with doctors and hospitals. My whole body goes numb.
"I go back to being in the hospital with my mom. The doctor sat us in a room and said, 'Your mom has breast cancer,' and it was stage 3 at that point,” Kyle said.
The choked up reality star continued: “My mom just wanted to pretend like she was fine, because she was so scared to die.
“And I can remember thinking, you know I kind of want her to be like, 'It's okay, this is life,' but she wasn't that person.

“She would tell me, she would say to me, 'Kyle, I don't want to die. I'm terrified and I still have so much to teach you,’
“She said, 'I don't want to leave, I don't want to miss out on anything with you girls,’" Kyle revealed as she wiped away tears.
Back in the waiting room, Dr. Handel returned with the good news that the surgery went “perfect.”
Though Kim appeared to be a little out of it as she woke up, the blonde star was smiling and alert as she chatted with her relieved sister.
