MILEY Cyrus's sister Noah was abruptly cut off on Good Morning Britain after just two minutes - despite staying up until midnight for the live interview.

The singer, 20, looked seriously miffed as she was told they were "out of time" while talking about being inspired to write powerful music about the universe ending.

"There's so much hate in the world and we need so much love," Noah said on the breakfast show.

"I think about how much love I have from my family and that it's going to come to an end, it's a bittersweet...."

Interjecting, host Charlotte Hawkins said: "I'm so sorry we're out of time.

"We've got to leave it there, but thanks for joining us.

"We look forward to the EP, it's called The End of Everything. Best of luck with it. Thanks very much for joining us, and that's it from us."

Noah didn't respond and instead looked far from impressed that she had been cut off so suddenly.

At the start of the interview the daughter of singer Billy Ray Cyrus said she had stayed up to appear on the ITV show.

"It's 12 o'clock at night here, but I'm good, she said.

"How are you?"

Warning her about the lack of time for the interview, Charlotte replied: "Well, thank you for staying up for us, we do appreciate it. We haven't got much time for you so we're going to pack it all in."

Noah went on to reveal her new album The End of Everything which includes songs about mental health, toxic relationships and what it's like growing up in a famous family.

The 20-year-old said: "It's been a very personal journey writing the EP. A lot of the music started in 2018.

"I started writing very truthfully about broken relationships and I let so much out of me."

Her famous songs Lonely, I Got So High That I Saw Jesus, and 'July feature on the album, as well as new hits Liar and Young & Sad.
