The 21-year-old reality star was joined by boyfriend Tommy Fury as the pair soaked up the sun onboard the luxury boat.
The couple were also spotted taking a dip in the Spanish sea before soaking off on deck.
Molly opted for a stylish black swimsuit on the day, while her long blonde locks were worn down.
She was also pictured in glamorous brown-tinted sunglasses as she enjoyed the scorching temperatures onboard.
Meanwhile boyfriend Tommy wore black swim shorts, which showed off his lean legs.
Molly appears to have put the recent nasty comments firmly behind her as she made the most of the sun-kissed day out.
The influencer previously documented her and Tommy's boat trip with pals.
One video saw the Love Island star dive into the glistening blue ocean, with Tommy struggling to imitate his girlfriend's grace when he attempted it himself.
Molly filmed the boxer's efforts, and couldn't stop laughing when he lost his footing as he jumped - flailing mid-air before splashing into the sea.
Tommy later battled with a paddleboard, repeatedly falling off as he tried to get his balance.
The new snaps come days after the star took to her Twitter page to hit back at horrible comments after she was snapped on the beach in a bikini.
Cruel trolls called Molly "lardy" and that she "needed to go on a diet"; as they ripped apart the photos.
The furious beauty retweeted a fan who'd defended her on social media, adding: "I would genuinely love to know who writes these comments? Like how can you actually write s*** like that and sleep at night? Beyond me."
The 21-year-old has been staying at the luxury Nobu resort in Ibiza with her boyfriend Tommy.
The couple booked the idyllic getaway on a whim earlier this week and have been enjoying the sun ever since.
