WAYNE Rooney looks a little strange in the night as he belts out a tune on stage.
The Man Utd and England skipper did his best Frank Sinatra when he grabbed the microphone at a Three Lions charity dinner.
He joined James Bay to sing James’ Hold Back The River, with England assistant boss Gary Neville on guitar.
The England Footballers Foundation was set up in 2007 to allow England stars to donate their match fees to charitable causes.
These have included The Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK, Help for Heroes, The British Forces Foundation, WellChild, Together for Short Lives, Cancer Research UK, The PFA’s charitable initiatives, Rays of Sunshine children’s charity and Help Harry Help Others.
Roo’s team-mates were in stitches as he led the cover at the EFF fundraiser in St Albans, Herts.
Gary Cahill, Joe Hart, Chris Smalling and James Milner also made appearances.
And Rooney, 30, later posed with legend Pele who was in the crowd for the football fundraisers hosted by comic Jack Whitehall.
