Coronation Street spoilers: Moment Sarah confronts Gary about murdering Rick revealed

In the preview, Sarah bravely confronts the Weatherfield villain outside his van, in the rain - with Gary initially attempting to dismiss the watch.

Sarah then threatens to track down Rick's widowed wife, with Gary turning as he warns: "I wouldn't do that if I were you."

Unwavering, Sarah continues: "You have to ask yourself don't you Gary, the woods - what's Rick Neelam's watching doing there?

Looking sheepish, Gary refuses to break as he hits back: "You're off your head, you know that?"

Continuing, Sarah says: "Gary, I could always tell when you were lying - was Adam right?

The preview ends before Gary replies, but it was previously revealed that Gary will confess everything to Sarah - telling her that he did it to save her and the kids because he never stopped loving her.

The shock scenes will lead to Coronation Street's first socially-distanced stunt, with Gary pushing Sarah out of the way of a speeding car as she runs away from him.

Mikey North who plays Gary appeared on Loose Women earlier today, where he admitted that he enjoys playing a killer much more than a regular Joe.

He said: "It's way more interesting to go to work every day and play a murderer than it is just ordering a pint in the Rovers."

Mikey added of the stunt: "We used a dummy in place of Sarah's character so I was working with a dummy for the whole thing and that's no substitution for the real thing."
