Good weekend? Frankie Essex wears same white playsuit two days running
The former Towie star arrived at an event on Sunday in the same outfit but minus her make-up
FRANKIE Essex has been spotted wearing the same outfit two days in a row.
The former Towie star shared numerous pictures of herself wearing a white
playsuit as she attended We Are FESTVL in Upminster, before rocking up at an
event on Sunday – wearing exactly the same thing.
The 27-year-old clearly had such a blast at the dance festival that she didn’t
have time to go home – or reapply her slap, as she opted to go completely
make-up free as she attended the launch of The Polish bakery.
Despite a day of partying in a field with pals, Frankie's white playsuit was
still immaculate and she looked far from hungover, as might have been
expected.
In fact she looked glowing as she arrived at the launch – showing off her
slimmed down figure in the process.
The pretty blonde – who has publically battled with her weight over the years
– has recently been on a fitness kick to get in shape.
She is currently a size 12-14 but hopes to get down to size 10 and blitz her
belly in the process.
The star recently admitted that she often turns to food when she is feeling
depressed.
And following her split from her ex John Lyons she sunk into depression which
resulted in her turning to food and booze.
She also said that she lives in fear of falling into a vicious cycle of
depression just like her mum who committed suicide following a battle with
the mental illness.
The blonde revealed she has her "low days" - particularly during her
last relationship with her ex John - which meant she sought comfort in
carb-heavy grub and booze, causing her weight to balloon.
With the help of antidepressants she is on the road to recovery yet admits her
mission to tone up and become "the old Frankie" is plagued with
worry.
Speaking frankly to
magazine, she revealed: "When I'm unhappy it always takes me back to
being the 13-year-old girl who lost her mum.
"I felt so sad I'd lock myself away and stay inside and eat.
"One time I didn't leave for three days. I didn't need to, as I had the
food. I'd use any excuse not to go out.
"I think I've always had a low point in me because of losing my mum."
