ANT McPartlin's ex-wife Lisa Armstrong looked incredible in a new black-and-white selfie she posted as part of the latest Instagram challenge.
The 43-year-old make-up artist showed off her natural beauty as she posed for the camera in a simple black top.
She had her short hair tied back for the photo, with minimal make-up.
In the caption, Lisa thanked the friends who had tagged her before nominating some pals of her own to take part, adding the hashtag: "#WomenSupportingWomen".
The trend, which also uses the hashtag "Challenge Accepted", .
In order to participate, you must post a black-and-white photo of yourself on Instagram and tag other women to keep the chain going.
Lisa is one of many celebrities to have taken part, with Victoria Beckham, Khloe Kardashian, and our favourite soap stars also sharing a post.
