Yet, Jacqueline took time out of her breakaway to discuss the difference using an editing app can have on a photo and asked her followers to not compare themselves to "flawless" posts online.

Speaking on her Instagram Stories today, she began: "I wanted you guys to know and see how easy it is and how much you can't really tell and that everybody does it.

"So you know when you looking at people thinking, 'they look flawless and absolutely amazing', the majority they don't".

The former EastEnders actress then shared a video of her using the app and how the slightest edit changed her entire face.

"So I done a little video," she continued. "The slightest changes - I made my nose a little smaller, my lips a little bit bigger and I basically put a full face of make-up on my face.

"It's really subtle though. It looks really minimal but don't be fooled."

After sharing the clip, which saw her even out her skin, adjust her nose and lips, Jac explained she would have edited a full body but didn't have the knowledge to do so.

She added: "I would do a body one but I ain't got a clue how to do it.

"I can't make out how to make the waist smaller. All I know how to do is smooth, I'm a beginner to this thing.

"But yeah, interesting it - just the tiniest little change."

The TV star admitted she doesn't have a problem with people using the editing app for "brightening eyes" or "hiding a spot" but does take issue when they start altering their features.

The current Queen of the Jungle said: "...when you start changing actual features like your nose and lips or your eyebrows like in that video, just the slightest bit, it does make a difference and that's a bit crazy.

"When you start getting your waist tiny and hips bigger, which a lot of people do, it just gets a bit mad.

"I'm all for it like I understand that people are insecure and they want to edit their pictures but what I mean we're losing ourselves in that sense a bit".

Last month, Jacqueline revealed that she had embarked on a new diet and exercise regime.

The former soap star vowed to start exercising - not to get "skinny", just to feel better in herself.

Jacqueline also insisted that she had also decided to up her exercise in order to boost her brain power.
