RHOC Tamra Judge reveals intense workout that gave her a ‘tight booty’ at 52
REAL Housewives of Orange County alum Tamra Judge has revealed the secret to her lockdown fitness routine - "booty bands."
The reality TV star has been upping her workout regimes during the coronavirus imposed lockdown period - as well as revamping her diet and cutting out booze.

Taking to her Instagram page shared an intense glimpse into her training session at Cut Fitness, which saw her utilize a variety of different printed resistance bands.
Tamra, 52, wore her hair in a ponytail to keep her blonde locks out of the way during the intense session, adding a baseball cap to her Cut Fitness OC outfit.

She was seen doing a variety of hip opening exercises including bridges, working against the resistance of the thick band, before embarking on weighted squats with a bar.
In her caption she wrote: "Booty bands are used to activate your glutes and engage your hips through resistant training, giving you a tight lifted Booty," before adding the hashtag: "#tightassthursday.";

Tamra, who owns her own gym, recently told Celebrity Insider she was combining daily walks and training with watching what she eats.
She told the website: "I made up some ziplock baggies with little snacks in them.
"Things like rolled up turkey and cheese and grapes and vegetables.
"So whenever I get hungry or want a snack I go to the fridge and get something already prepared. That makes it easy to eat healthy."
Tamra, who left the Bravo TV series this year recently admitted to after fans claimed she looked different.

She replied: "Yes I did," and tagged Dr. Ambe.
Others inquired about what she had don and Tamra admitted: "I had Botox and a little tiny filler in my upper lip."
She also said she had lip injections.
