Runner-up was David Bowie’s headline slot at Glastonbury in 2000.

Kylie Minogue’s Glasto gig in 2019, 14 years after she pulled out due to breast cancer, came third.

U2's Live Aid performance and Adele's headline show at Glastonbury in 2016 rounded off the top five.

More than a third of Brits say that going to festivals is one of the main things they have missed most this summer due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The study also revealed that half of us think there us nothing better than live music.

Just over one in five people even admitted to missing not being able to shower for days while out a festival.
