BRITAIN'S Got Talent's Amanda Holden fought back tears as she revealed her first single from her new album reminds her husband of their stillborn son Theo.

Her first single, called With You, was inspired by the loss of Amanda’s son Theo who was born sleeping in 2011.

Amanda Holden fought back tears on Lorraine as she discussed her new single

Amanda revealed the significance of the song was pointed out by her husband Chris Hughes.

She said while he is typically "stoic" and didn't "take time for himself" during the heartbreaking period, the song clearly touched him.

Speaking on Lorraine, she said: "I sing it a lot. My whole album in fact is about songs that mean so much to me and my family.

"It was my husband Chris who absolutely floored me one day when I was singing.

"He said, 'The last two lines of that song really remind me of how we felt when we lost Theo' - who was our lovely little boy who was born sleeping. The last two lines are, 'you took my world away, you took my life away'.

"Chris is a typically stoic man who was very supportive of me and our girl Lexie when it all happened and never took time for himself.

"So for him to come out with that sentence, it just floored me. That's the first single we thought to release - very emotional."

Amanda and Chris - who married in 2008 - share Lexie, 14, and Hollie, eight, together.

Yesterday Amanda Holden told The Sun she handed over her debut body of work to her Simon Cowell to get his opinion before the release.

She said: “I asked him to listen to the first few tracks I recorded because I knew he’d be very critical.

“I went to his house, hoping it would all be very low key but he had these brand new speakers so everyone could hear.

“I was cringing but then he was just so lovely about everything I was almost more embarrassed.
