Dani, 24, gave fans a much-anticipated baby update during which she confirmed she was in her second trimester of her first pregnancy with boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.

She told the camera: "I'm now 19 weeks, it's so mad that I'm nearly half way.

"It's just so so exciting, but I've been OK, now and again I am getting headaches, I'm not going to lie ... but other than that I've been having a lot more good days than bad which is really nice.

"I'm having more energy, which is good."

EastEnders actor Danny Dyer's daughter then went on to tell fans how she thought she felt her baby kick - or maybe it was wind.

Yet letting her Instagram followers into a personal detail about her health, she admitted she has an anterior placenta - which is completely normal, and should not cause problems for the baby's development.

Giving more detail as to what this means, the reality TV babe said: "It's basically my placenta is at the front [of the uterus] so it cushions the baby, so they said I might not be able to feel the kick and movements as much.

"I was like 'what other ones [placentas] are there?' but I thought as long as the baby's healthy, stop stressing about it.

Sammy could be seen planting a kiss on Dani's cheek as she smiled while holding their baby scan.

Meanwhile, Dani has since confirmed she and Sammy will not be discovering the sex of their child before she gives birth.

She also told how she has clashed with her stockbroker other half over names for the tot if it happens to be a girl - with him ruling out Ariana point blank.

Dani wrote on Instagram: "I like really unusual names but Sammy won't have it," followed by a crying with laughter Emoji face.
