Michelle Keegan flashes chiselled abs after Mark Wright’s ’embarrassing’ ex Lauren Goodger shares loved-up pics with him

MICHELLE Keegan posted a sizzling video of her showing off her abs - hours after Lauren Goodger shared pictures with her husband.

The 33-year-old Our Girl star looked incredible as she pouted while being fussed over by hair and make-up experts.

The 33-year-old Essex girl was in a reflective mood, sharing two photos of them together in a gallery of snaps on Instagram on Sunday.

She wrote: "Last week ✌🏽( I wish I would of taken the trousers home now)."

It came after Lauren shared a string of old pictures of her with ex-fiance - and Michelle's now-husband - Mark Wright.

However, she was called "embarrassing" and "disrespectful" by some fans for posting the loved-up snaps now he is with Michelle.

One wrote: "Why would you put pics with Mark and you together, when he’s now MARRIED! Total disrespect to his WIFE!"

Others insisted: "Lauren’s disrespectful posting those pics" and: "This is embarrassing with pics of mark!"

Mark and Lauren were in a relationship for 11 years and were the darlings of Towie when the show started back in 2010.

She also posted several shots of other cast members in a gallery of photos to celebrate the show's tenth anniversary.

Lauren wrote: "10 years ago changed my life we created a show called “the only way is Essex” I was 22 when I first started filming and what an amazing journey this has been!!

"I put my life on national television and we won a BAFTA - not a lot people can say that ! You’ve seen me laugh, cry, engaged, break ups and make ups! I’ve grown up on the screens and it was all real!"

Though Lauren and Mark are no longer in touch she also hinted that there are no hard feelings from her side, admitting she is "proud" of all her former co-stars.

She wrote: "Congratulations to all the OGs @towie these images are from google thank you for memories and well to all my costars im proud of you all and always will be."

East London-born Lauren’s rollercoaster relationship with breakout Towie star Mark helped make the reality TV show a hit after it launched.

Lauren was with Mark from the age of 15 and the couple even got engaged on the show in 2011, but they split just five months later.

Mark met Michelle in Dubai the following year but kept their relationship under wraps before going public at the British Soap Awards in 2013.

They married in 2015, becoming one of the most powerful couples in British showbiz.

Lauren was one of the original cast members of Towie, playing herself in the hit ITV reality show from series one to six and was on the show for 63 episodes.
