Latest paperwork for her company AVS Media Limited, show Scott earned £485,882 last year, including £339,749 in cash.

The period covers her first season as a pundit on Sky Sports Super Sunday - when she became the first female pundit on the show.

Scott’s cash windfall doesn’t cover her Strictly pay, estimated to be a further £100,000.

She and Strictly partner Neil Jones reached the quarter-finals of Strictly in December, earning her a basic £60,000.

The pair also signed up to the Strictly Come Dancing tour, taking her total Strictly earnings towards six figures.

Scott, 35, is set for further bumper paydays as a rising star with Sky and the BBC.

She recently revealed she turned to booze after being harassed by trolls when she finished playing three years ago.

During a stellar playing career, she won 140 England caps and played in the London 2012 Olympics.

She was also targeted again when the news broke that Matt Le Tissier, Phil Thompson and Charlie Nicholas had all been axed from Soccer Saturday, ahead of the new Premier League season.

Ex-Arsenal star Ian Wright stepped in to defend Alex calling her "one of the best prepared pundits out there, easily".

She and other black pundits including Micah Richards and Clinton Morrison were “blamed” for the decision to ditch the popular commentators, even though they had no hand in the decision.
