Bake Off host Noel Fielding worries fans by telling them ‘I’m a mess’ – sparking messages of support
GREAT British Bake Off host Noel Fielding worried fans on Wednesday evening after admitting: "I am a mess."
Noel, 47, took to Instagram to share one of his own paintings - which he often does on social media.
However, this particular piece of artwork featured a white circle with the words: "I'm am a mess," and fans were understandably concerned.
Noel's 978k followers were quick to comment on the post, with one person kindly writing: "Always here if you need support."
A second person posted: "But you’re also a beautiful soul!" while a third added: "Hope you're doing alright if this is something on a deeper level.
"The world's a mess right now, please don't be too hard on yourself. You're doing your best, and you're doing great. Sending love."
Also sending Noel a message of support was 2018 Bake Off contestant Rahul Mandal, who wrote: "Whatever you are, we all love you!! (And I am sure it is an amazinly amazing mess (sic)."
Noel's latest post comes after Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood recently revealed that he taught the comedian and new host Matt Lucas how to drive.
Speaking to The Mirror, Paul said: "Neither of the male hosts have actually got a driving licence.
"So I was trying to teach Matt a few little tricks on the go kart and how to drive it at speed. But it was, it was fun. We need a challenge actually.
"We need to get a newspaper involved where we end up teaching Noel and Matt how to drive a car. Get a licence for them."

Fellow judge Prue Leith added: "I tell you what, Matt got to drive just as fast as Paul Hollywood. In the end, he was zipping around with that bug. And I kept thinking, 'That’s a guy who can’t drive!'"
Paul added: "Now he wants to do his test. The buggies did the trick."
