Strictly Come Dancing’s first celebrity is revealed and you’ll never guess who it is!
Let's hope she does better than her husband...
THE Sun can reveal that TV presenter Angelica Bell will be competing in the upcoming series of Strictly Come Dancing.
While the BBC One show isn’t set to air for another few months, the stars are already being lined up to help get them prepared for the popular dancing competition.
Fans have been eager to see which stars will be quick-stepping their way onto screens later this year but The One Show presenter isn’t quite on the big name most would have been hoping for.
Previous series’ of the hit reality contest show have included glamorous stars such as model Abbey Clancy, presenter Caroline Flack, singer Alesha Dixon and actress Kara Tointon .
However, former children’s TV presenter Angelica is a familiar face with BBC viewers thanks to her work on CBBC, The One Show and other various daytime shows.
And she is surely hoping to enjoy the same level of success as previous presenter contestants after the likes of Natasha Kaplinsky, Caroline Flack and Chris Hollins all managed to win the coveted glitter ball trophy.
Let’s hope the bubbly presenter manages to fare better than her presenter husband Michael Underwood after he pulled out of Dancing On Ice in 2008 due to injury.
A broken ankle shattered his dream of winning the ice skating competition show but thankfully went on to have a full recovery.
However, she could be worn out from competing in the upcoming Channel 5 show, Tour De Celeb, which sees famous names attempt the amateur cycling L’Etape du Tour in France.
Meanwhile, former Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby has been vocal about her desire to take part in the show, urging fans to start a petition aimed at BBC bosses.
The popular reality star declared joining the line-up of this year’s show would be her “absolute dream”.
After a fan mentioned Strictly in a tweet, Charlotte replied: “That would be my absolute dream let’s start a petition…” she added emojis of a heart, crossed fingers and a dancer.
