Marco Pierre White Jr fined £400 after he pleads GUILTY to driving while high on cocaine
Big Brother star had arrived an HOUR late to his court hearing
MARCO Pierre White Jr has been fined £400 after he pleaded guilty to driving while high on drugs, having snorted cocaine before getting behind the wheel.
The Big Brother star was found to be four times over the limit after taking to the roads in a grey BMX X5 on 20 April this year.
The 21-year-old was stopped by police in Hammersmith, west London, with more than 200 microgrammes of cocaine in his blood.
Carly Loftus, prosecuting, said Marco, who does not have a driving license, had been in the car with his then fiancee Kim: "When the officers arrived they found on the tailgate was Marco Pierre White Jr and Miss Kimberly Melville-Smith.
"Miss Kimberly Melville-Smith confirmed she was the driver but the other driver believed it was actually the male.
"Officers noticed his eyes were looking like pin pricks and he was rather erratic and twitching and couldn't
"The test came back positive for cocaine.
"Mr Pierre White was four times over the drug-drive limit."
After pleading guilty, Marco's father, chef Marco Pierre White Snr, will now have to pay the £400 fine, a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs because his son lives off a family allowance.
Marco had earlier annoyed the judge by arriving at court over an hour late after claiming he had forgot his wallet.
When he finally arrived at Hammersmith Magistrates Court with his lawyer by his side, Marco smiled for the waiting paparazzi before heading inside to face the judge.
Court News UK tweeted: "Marco Pierre White Jr is due to face charges for driving while high on cocaine today. He's already 1hr late because he forgot his wallet."
Marco's court appearance comes a day after he took to the This Morning sofa to discuss his outrageous antics on the Channel 5 reality show with presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
While the trio made no reference to his upcoming court date, they discussed at great length Marco's relationship with fiancee Kim Melville-Smith and housemate Laura Carter.
After Marco and Laura engaged in a steamy romp under the duvet, as well as getting hot and heavy in the jacuzzi, the reality star admitted it had caused his relationship with Kim to come to an end.
He said: "I have to say maybe I did push it too far and I take full blame.
"I'm in contact with her at the moment, I spoke to her just now and I think we've decided to see how it goes over the next couple of weeks and just be friends at the moment."
After explaining how the couple had agreed he could have a "hall pass" during his time on Big Brother, Marco quickly contradicted himself over whether he regretted his actions or not.
He said: "Kim is a great person. I don't regret what I did, I think I shouldn't have done what I did to be fair.
"I don't regret anything to do with Laura, she's a great person as well.
"But I do feel guilty, I feel bad."
