The reality star has put her first home up for sale after moving to be closer to mum Kris Jenner
KYLIE Jenner may only be 18-years-old, but the reality star teen is set to cash in with the sale of her £2.7 million ($3.9 million) 'starter home'.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star moved into the luxury Tuscan-style Calabasas mansion in 2015, paying a cool £1.8 million ($2.6 million).
Now the five bedroom pad - complete with six-and-a-half bathrooms - is being listed for nearly £1 million more than the youngest member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan originally paid.
Putting her stamp on the property, which includes a movie room, a pool and spa, Kylie worked with designer Jeff Andrews to give it a modern twist.
Tomer Fridman of Ewing & Associates/Sotheby's International Realty, who's listing the property with Isidora Fridman, said: "It's been extensively re-imagined.
"Kylie has a phenomenal sense of style and taste in design.";
Just to give an idea of the expanse of the dark-haired beauty's former home, the 4,851 sq ft property is listed as featuring a 'glam room' and a master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, seating area and shoe closet.
A monochrome tiled bathroom contains a clawfoot bathtub and Gothic-style mirrors over two separate sinks.

Cream and white are the themes in the spacious living areas, while a grand oak table takes centre stage in the outside dining area.
Stepping outside, there's a choice of two fire pits, a BBQ bar and covered patio space.
But now Kylie, who recently split from boyfriend Tyga, has upgraded to a £4 million ($6 million) pad in Hidden Hills, California, where she'll be closer to mum Kris Jenner and older sister Kim Kardashian, who live in the same neighbourhood.
With extra space to make her on, Kylie's new 7,000 sq ft abode includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a pool and four-car garage.
There's also a wine cellar and movie theatre for the make-up lover to entertain her pals.
Kylie's ex Tyga, 26, recently revealed he split with the teen as their two-year relationship was overshadowing his music career.
The rapper told Big Boy TV: “When you’re in a very public relationship like that, it’s hard for other people to see you differently than that.
“Being in that it took a lot, career wise, everything. It overshadowed a lot of my talents and a lot of things that I worked hard for."
