Who is Jhené Aiko’s baby daddy?

JHENÉ Aiko is an American singer-songwriter who works mostly within the R&B genre.

Who does Jhené Aiko have a child with?

Singer and songwriter had her daughter, Namiko Love, with her first baby daddy, O’Ryan Omir Browner.

O'Ryan is a singer and the younger brother of another musician, Omarion.

He released an album in 2004 aimed at a young audience, but to public knowledge, hasn't worked on a record since.

O'Ryan has made TV appearances during his career, usually as himself rather than in character.

In November 2022, Jhené, whose highest chart success was on Omarion's, Post To Be, welcomed her second child into the world with her on-and-off-again partner, Big Sean.

"After 24 hours of Labor, A Lunar Eclipse, with rain from the beginning of labor til he was born, he’s here safe and sound," Big Sean wrote on Instagram at the time. "Happy, Healthy and everything we could ever ask for and more. Any and everything for you Son. Noah."

What happened to Jhené Aiko and O'Ryan?

The former couple dated from 2005 to 2008 - the year their daughter was born.

They've kept the reasons for their split private.

In 2013, Jhené and her daughter were involved in a car accident - Jhené sustained injuries while Namiko was unharmed.

In 2016, she began an on-again-off-again relationship with Big Sean, which was confirmed to have ended in 2019.

Jhené had a tattoo of the music personality that she began covering during their breakup.

In Big Sean's song Deep Reverence, he seems to suggest they suffered a miscarriage together.

Prior to this, she had a short-lived marriage to Oladipo Omishore, AKA Dot da Genius.

“Me and Sean are good,” Jhené told a fan when she and Big Sean split for the first time. “I’ve got tons of love for him. my next album is all freestyles where I touch on many subjects and relationships… past, present and future.”

The pair got back together the following year and confirmed their rekindling when they attended the 2021 Grammys together.

They were rumored to have parted ways again when they welcomed Noah, but they squashed the speculations when they re-followed one another on Instagram.

On Mother's Day of 2023, Big Sean took it as an opportunity to share words of appreciation for his partner.

"Seeing Jhené be such a great Mother makes me appreciate motherhood even more," he wrote in a post. "Makes me appreciate my Mom more too cause it’s a lot i never even thought about until seeing first hand wit my boy all the love, time, patience and sacrifice that goes into being a great Parent, its unreal. We love you @jheneaiko."

How old is Jhené Aiko's first daughter?

Namiko Love was born on November 19, 2008, making her 15 years old.

Speaking to in 2020, Jhené said: "My daughter [Namiko Love] is going to be 12 next month - and with social media, 12 in 2020 is equivalent to 16 when I was growing up. [...]

"Now she has her own opinions, feelings and space. She helps me dig deeper into who I am, my morals and beliefs.

"I’ve learned more from her than any book I’ve read, movie I’ve watched or class I’ve taken.

"It’s the reason I make the honest and vulnerable music that I make. I want to be an example for her to be herself."

Jhené also once shared that when she discovered she was expecting for the first time, she used her unborn baby as motivation to persevere.

"I never intended to have a baby so young. But as soon as I found out I was pregnant, I was overwhelmed with a new focus and drive. I knew I didn't want a regular job," she told . I wanted to provide a life for me and my daughter that was beyond myself."
