However, Piers couldn't help but throw a jibe at his co-worker, asking him how many awards he's won.
Andi hit back: "Hello, Smash Hits poll winners party, Top TV Presenter for three consecutive years."
Piers said: "Yeah, what decade was that? Let me rephrase the question: what century was that? In fact, what millennia was that? It was literally the last millennium."
Andi then grabbed Piers' new book, Wake Up off the side and drop kicked it.

The book flew off screen as Piers and Susanna Reid burst into laughter.
Piers said: "Mate, you can kick it all you like, it's making it an even bigger best seller. Is it true, that the last award you won was in the last millennium?"
Earlier in the day, Susanna Reid branded Piers Morgan a "narcissist"; after he interviewed himself for the award win.
Piers accepted the award in a pre-recorded segment on Thursday night by quizzing himself on his show, Life Stories.

After talking about the win on today's Good Morning Britain, Susanna said: "That's literally a dream come true for you, isn't it? The finest interviewer with the finest guest."
Piers looked a bit sheepish as he replied: "They wanted me to interview myself. Couldn't think of anyone better to do it."
Then Susanna hit back: "Does your narcissism know no bounds?";
Piers was given the accolade for holding government ministers to account during the pandemic.
