The Big Bang Theory’s Johnny Galecki, 45, ‘splits’ from girlfriend Alaina Meyer, 23, a year after she welcomed their son
THE Big Bang Theory star Johnny Galecki has reportedly split from his girlfriend, Alaina Meyer.
The actor, 45, and his partner, 23, started dating in 2018 and welcomed their one-year-old son, Avery, last November.
They have parted ways and are co-parenting Avery, sources told .
The couple have been absent from each other's social media in recent months.
Their last posts together were in April to celebrate Easter.
The rumored split comes as Alaina talked about the "gnarliest year of her life" in a cryptic post to celebrate Avery's first birthday.
"We are absolutely over the moon to announce that we will soon be welcoming a little one into this crazy and wonderful world," they said.
"There truly is love out there for all. We hope ours is the ember of yours, as we feel yours is the ember of ours."
They were first linked in August 2018, when they were spotted on vacation in the Bahamas together.
Neither tagged the other in photos from their stay, however Johnny shared a telling snap of himself hugging a woman with a thigh tattoo on the beach.
The pair went public with their romance a month later, by sharing a snap of them together from a night out.
In November 2018, they made their red carpet debut at the People's Choice Awards.
Engagement rumors began to fly around after the couple were spotted wearing rings.

Alaina shut down the speculation by sharing a snap of them together with the caption, "#Notmarried".
