She wrote: “SURPRISE! We are pleased to announce that we recently welcomed baby number two!”

Hannah already has daughter Taya, who turns two this month, with her partner Adam Thomas.

She revealed in an interview with magazine that they decided to name their second daughter Tora.

She said: “Once Taya was called Taya I think we had found our vibe and flow! (Tora) means Tiger, and goddess and thunder, the female of Thor.”

On having her daughters close in age, Hannah added: “We always wanted more than one so it made sense to have another one as quickly as possible.”

Hannah previously opened up about falling pregnant with Taya after suffering two devastating miscarriages.

Hannah admitted she found it hard to relax at first, after losing two babies at five weeks.

She told in 2018: “I had one a few years previously with another partner. They both happened early on in the pregnancies, around the five-week mark.

“It’s such an upsetting thing so it’s made it hard to relax this time. Going through all that makes this pregnancy even more special, though.”

Hannah also spoke candidly about her shocking health battle in 2013, which saw her become seriously ill following her boob job – before she had them removed in 2016.

She explained: “My body was shutting down. I felt like I was dying. I was suffering from breathlessness to the point where I would be on the floor.

“I woke from the op feeling 60 per cent better almost instantly

“My temperature rose up to normal and my fever disappeared, as did the fatigue and anxiety. My natural energy just came back.”
