See how David Beckham celebrated following his evening at the Palace with the Queen

The football icon headed to an old family favourite up North

HE’s used to mingling in the most famous of circles, but David Beckham proved home really is where the heart is after an evening at Buckingham Palace.
The superstar, 41, spent Thursday night amongst Royalty as a special guest honouring 60 winners of The Queen’s Young Leaders Awards for 2016, before taking the celebrations in a rather unexpected direction.

As the prestigious party wrapped, the football icon headed up north to take his family to his favourite chip shop.
An fellow diner in Foster’s Fish & Chips in Alderley Edge tells us: “David came in for lunch on Friday with his boys and parents. The group kept a low profile but he’s a bit of a regular. This is my
second time seeing him in, no one hassles him or anything. He always tries to come up when he’s in the UK.”

He then treated the family to dinner at his favourite chip shop

Proving the chip shop, where a meal costs less than £10 a head, really is a family favourite of David’s, just days before this he took his boys there to celebrate Father’s Day.

Foster’s official Twitter posted on Wednesday: “Nice to see an old customer in for tea with his boys on Father’s Day – hope you enjoyed it David Beckham @brooklynbeckham #alderley.”

proud of her.”
Despite missing the family time due to work commitments in New York, Victoria gushed she was “very proud” of her husband on Instagram.
